Please keep in mind, this is a visual inspection. Pay
close attention to the location of furniture, floor and
wall coverings, etc, so at your final walkthrough, you
can see what wasn't visible at the time of our inspection.
If the structure is currently occupied, please request
that attic and sub-area access locations be clear.
