Home Inspection Plus, Inc uses the 3D reporting software as our
reporting system. The narrative style report features simple
to read and understand findings, which describe what the defect
is, where it is and why it is a concern. It is recommended that
all reported conditions be reviewed and corrected as needed by a
qualified tradespersons in the appropriate field. Most
importantly, and often overlooked by most real estate
inspectors, is to ensure the client is aware that they should
obtain cost estimates for all corrective work before the close
of the transaction.
At your request, the report will be e-mailed to your real estate
agent. The reports are generally 20-30 pages in length (depending
and the number of findings and pictures used) and can be read
in less than 25 minutes. There are no summaries or "action
items." Everyone involved will have the entire report and
the chances for trouble later for the home inspector and agent
are greatly reduced.
