Make way....the plumber is here! This home was converted into a commercial property with back-to-back toilets. No vent above the double wye either.

Here's a common occurrance. Broken roof tile and the sun hits the roofing paper. After about 2-3 years, the roofing paper deteriorates and you have a roof leak.

Here's a classic example of what happens with aluminum wiring and loose connections at an outlet.

Saw this in Lake Tahoe a few years ago. I'd like to meet the person that did this! If you look real close, I think someone is looking out of the right side window at me.
