Please print the contract, read the contract, fill in the inspection site address on Page 1, sign and print your name on Page 2, fill in the inspection fee on Page 2, and initial on Page 4, requesting that we e-mail a copy of the report to the Real Estate agent representing you, if desired.

Then fax to our office @ 916.408.4387 BEFORE the date of the inspection.

Included with the contract are the current Standards of Practice from the California Real Estate Inspection Association. These are the standards we inspect to.
